I shared this on my facebook page www.facebook.com/makeupbyrey but for those who haven't read this here's another opportunity.
There are basically 5 types of skin.
NORMAL SKIN : If your skin belongs to a normal type, the tissue will not reveal any traces of oil. Your skin should feel vibrant, elastic, and supple. Normal skin is the least problematic type.
It looks clean and smooth and has a good circulation and healthy complexion. Even with a minimum care, it will look good well into your advanced age.
DRY SKIN:- Dry skin can easily develop a sallow tone, wrinkles, and fine pores, and it is very prone to ageing and irritating. It might still look great on a young person, but, to keep it healthy, you should apply thorough care and use regular skin or beauty treatment with natural masks and moisturisers.
OILY SKIN:- Oily skin is problematic - it usually looks greasy, thick, coarse, and shiny, has enlarged pores, and tends to break into acne.
A good thing, though, is that oily skin is not prone much to ageing and wrinkling. Careful cleaning, minimising of carbohydrate consumption, and avoiding rich creams can be helpful in improving the quality of oily skin.
COMBINATION SKIN:-
Combination skin has patches of both dry and oily skin, and it requires different types of care in relation to particular facial areas.
Dry zones, which are usually located on the cheeks and around the eyes, should be treated with rich creams and moisturisers, while oily areas, usually on the forehead and nose, will benefit from frequent and thorough cleaning.
SENSITIVE SKIN:- Sensitive skin is usually very dry, tends to feel tight, and becomes inflamed and irritated easily. Typically, sensitive skin develops reddish and scaly areas, can be itchy and tingly, and is prone to breaking into spots. It is the most problematic and fragile type of skin, which needs a very special type of care. To get the right body products for this skin type too requires great research.
Mine is the combination skin type. So, what type of skin do you have?

Transformation
People think when they wear eye shadow their make up becomes loud, they are so wrong!!!!! Colours matter a lot you know, know the colours that match your skin tone, eye shadows don't always look the way they appear in the pallet on the skin, you have to test it on the back of your hand.

Rocking 7 different colours and still fab
Well the honest truth is, that morning I dint know what to wear, most of my clothes were for laundry I had been so busy but I still needed to go out.
Let's count the colours, two shades of brown, black, green, red, wine & white. People find it hard pulling it off but I have my ways.
1st of all the colours in their various shades are kind of faded let me use the word dim instead. The bright colours I picked them in small objects eg red earrings.... I just pick and try and dump and try again nowadays I have the colours that rock in my head so I just try it out once and it rocks!!!. You don't have to repeat top&bottom because it looked good when it can always look better with a different bottom colour. You can always come out with different styles using few pieces. #notmanyclothesbutmanystyleswithit

I patted my lips with concealer foundation, then used my lip brush to spread in gently into the skin of my lips then followed this with a purple lip liner, lining my outter&inner lip line then blending it with my lip brush.
Then I applied my deep purple lipstick in my outer lip and pink lipstick in my inner lip using my lip brush and smacked.

I have so much passion for colours, in my dressing, in my make up, in my every day life. When my friend is picking out a black top and am like I'd go for green, she's like huh this in green absurd!!!. I used to hate brown bt its the best and most suitable colour to go for in sandals and bags#fab
Two days ago, a friend worked in, in green and said I should transform her look into a trad vibe with head gear and all. So I did this!!!!!!! Do you like?

The it Shoe right now!!!!!!!you better get yours........
Nothing beats an irresistible pair of high heels when it comes to looking stylish, either for a party or even for work. High heels are popular with Nigerian women aged between 18 to 35 years mostly because these shoes can make their legs look longer, their body slimmer, and the entire outfit more fab. The downside of wearing high heels, however, is the fact that in many cases they prove to be extremely uncomfortable.
Many women avoid wearing heels at all because they are scared that their feet may hurt after just a few steps. The good news is there are several strategies one can try in order to get comfortable heels. When shopping for high heels, buyers should be well informed about what makes such shoes comfortable in order to buy a pair that can be worn without pain, thus proving to be a wise investment.
Either way, not all types of high-heel shoes provide the same level of comfort, so women should opt for styles that cause minimal discomfort, especially when planning to wear heels for prolonged periods of time. Some of the best choices for comfortable high heels include wedges, platforms, thick heels, and prism heels.
I love high heels, if its not high am not going for it. Look@ Kim Kay Rocking high heels.#fab
The Power of Green Tea
Green tea contains a lot of antioxidants and this naturally protects your skin from sun's damage.
Exposure to sun causes most of the wrinkles and age spots on our faces. We often associate a glowing complexion with good health, but skin colour obtained from being in the sun actually accelerates the effects of ageing and increases your risk for developing skin cancer especially when your engaged with all sorts of creams, oils, lotions and other products you use for your skin not knowing exactly what it contains and its reaction to sun rays
Sun exposure causes most of the skin changes that we think of as a normal part of ageing. Over time, the sun's ultraviolet (UV) light damages the fibers in the skin called elastin. When these fibers break down, the skin begins to sag, stretch, and lose its ability to go back into place after stretching. The skin also bruises and tears more easily taking longer to heal. So while sun damage to the skin may not be apparent when you're young, it will definitely show later in life.
That's why it is advised to eat healthy, because in this part of the country we cant escape this no matter how lavishly your living...
